sight and sound communications

"I needed 3 flat screen tv's installed in my house and a sound system put in the living room. Needless to say I have absolutely no idea how to do any of that, so I came across sight and sound communications. I had a wonderful conversation with the business owner Guy who was amazingly helpful and we set up a day for him to come do the estimate. when the day came for him to come and do the install I noticed he was very delicate about his surroundings and made sure not to leave any mess. after what felt like just a short while he came to me to explain he was finished and showed me everything, it could not have been more perfect. I love that he suggested running the wires for the tv through the wall, its gives it that great professional look and there no exposed messy wires. 10/10 would suggest using sight and sound communications and I'm keeping him in mind for any of my future installation."

"Would not recommend this company. While Guy and Joe were at our house working, an envelope of money went missing (about $4,000). Based on my conversation with Joe, I think he is the one who stole our money. We now have to get another company to finish the work they started. Do not hire this company! Watch their every move when they are in the house. Edit: the “contractor” mentioned in Guy’s response was actually a family member who was living with us. He was missing $90 as well. It seems like my stuff was not the only thing Joe went through! Ignore all the bots in the responses posted after mine. They all appeared at the same time after I posted a negative review. It’s very strange that no one had anything nice to say about sight and sound communications until I posted my review…"

"I have used this company for years! Guy is a fantastic person. Utmost integrity and professionalism. I cannot imagine the poor reviews left above. Guy and his team have been in my house many times with no issues. They have taken care of my valuable items in the house like it belongs to them. I am curious why someone would post a review of theft when the police were not involved or mentioned in the review. Dont let one sour person keep you from using them…. Thanks for everything Guy!!!"
