"Paid for service and day of service I showed up to the doors being locked. Was never notified until I reached out. Then finally rescheduled and same thing happened. I tried to ask for a refund yet was told this is the policy. I guess the policy is pay for service that you never received. I was trying to support local small business but never again as now I lost over $100."
