"I haven’t even had the facial yet but so far customer service is lacking. I called 5 days ago and made an appointment for today at 9:30. I come in and she says it’s for next Friday. You know what? Possible miscommunication, not a big deal. I ask if there’s any available times for today and she says 10:30. Great! I’ll be back then. I’m here at 10:25 and a different lady comes up to greet me and says oh, it says 10:45. I don’t mind the 15 minute wait but what’s going on with communication? I will update my review after the facial. Edit: after the facial I would give 4.5 stars if I could. Despite the miscommunication issues, the facial was really good and really well done. I bought the special 5 package so I will be returning."

"This place saved me. I had put on individual lash extensions at home and I could not get them off. After hours of trying to remove them myself with at home methods, I was unsuccessful and in so much pain. I could barely open my eyes. I called Sandy’s late on a Saturday evening begging them to help me. They made an opening for me and spent an hour removing my lashes, staying open late to finish the job. The place was very clean and comfortable. The staff member who assisted me went above and beyond when she didn’t have to. I am forever grateful and I will be back."

"I got a facial done here yesterday. She ended my facial in 50 mins and told me she wouldn’t be able to massage a lot because she needed more time to extract so I said okay. My facial package included an eye mask which she never did. I asked her when she would do it and she said “no we are done now” when the facial was supposed to be an hour long. I tipped her $6 but then she showed me the “recommended gratuity” sign and insisted I tip her $15. But the service should be 1 hour for a $15 tip. I still paid her $11 even though i really wanted to give $0. I see no difference in my skin and all my bumps are still there because she did not do a good job and rushed my facial. Not going back here."
