"Noticed a hair right on top of my shake as I pulled off so I looped around to ask for a new one and the young girl at the window rolled her eyes very hard at me (I was the only car there) so I said there was no need to roll your eyes at me as the owner/manager just stood there flapping his hand at me saying have a good day rather then apologizing/rectifying the issue or telling the staff to put hair nets on. I am a manager and if I ever treated a customer like that I would be fired on the spot! Very disappointing as I have been a frequent customer here for over 20 years. I will NOT be returning!"
