"So disappointed in this place. I shop at this place all of the time. However, I went today 9/5/2023 approximately 5:30pm to purchase some items, and one item was marked $6.99, However the owner wanted to charge $9.99. I know it’s only a couple of dollars, but it’s the principle of the matter. I come here at least 2 to 3 times a month, and did not deserve to be treated this way. I will definitely be reaching out to NJ Consumer Affairs. D. Jones."

"My cousin and I have been coming here for years. She goes more than me. We went on 7/29 Saturday evening around 6:30. I walked down the aisle to get the hair I wanted. I saw a short lady with a black skirt that had a design and a tan shirt. She had on the shoes that made noise. She was straightening up the product. She looked at me and I continued to shop. So my cousin and I walked to the back to get her hair. The same lady came back there and took a pack of hair from the area where we were standing. Then we walked down the aisle by the gel and I see her in the other aisle straightening up the same products again. I walked next to her and looked at her so she can see me watching her too. I asked my cousin do you know her because I never seen her before. If they hired her as security then she need a uniform. Not all black people steal. I work hard for my money. There’s no need to follow us. I thought maybe because we came in there with our bags and she probably thought we wouldn’t pay. That’s why the owner have cameras. I didn’t like that feeling. Anyway I like the Beauty Castle on Wood Ave."

"I actually like the store never had an issue with the manager, always kind. However, these young girls that they hire as cashier are atrocious!Horrible attitudes ,always rude, just plain ole disgusting. I will find a new store to shop at . People really don't understand good costumers services goes a long way. Been shopping here for years ,but can't deal with these young rude a** girls that are cashiers anymore!"
