"I absolutely love this spa. I've been going for years now for both Brazilian waxes and hydrafacials, and I work with Karen every time. She is absolutely wonderful. Not only is she great at what she does, but she is also extremely kind, considerate, and thorough through all my treatments. I've been to many other places for Brazilians, and other places either use cheap wax which results in pain, or they rush through the process and don't wax certain areas. This salon uses high quality wax which is much less painful, and Karen takes her time and makes sure every area has been waxed. I no longer live in the area but have waited months to get a Brazilian just so I can get them from Karen when I am back. Also, the hydrafacials are incredible. Karen makes it such a relaxing experience, and she explains how it works prior and answers any questions I have. My skin is always so rejuvenated and clean afterwards; I love the results every time.
