"I’ve been coming to this location for many years and have been satisfied with the location. However, they’ve had a huge turn over with the front desk and unfortunately there has been a huge decline in there customer service. They no longer call to confirm appts and at time there’s no answer whatsoever during open hours. In fact I’ve been there having my services done with no one working the front desk. Very uneasy when it comes to security. (May want to considered some sort of lock when no one is at your front desk and forward your incoming calls). With all that being said I continue to come to this location bc Liliana has been my technician for years and is the best at whatever she does. She’s a perfectionist and professional at her job and should be recognized for her worth. Good workers are hard to come by these days. Take care of your front line people and they will take care of you always."

"Had a 230 appointment and when I arrived I was told that it would be 10 min. 45 min later no one could tell me what the problem was. They were cleaning in the back and the receptionists had no idea what to do nor if I’d be taken. Even after showing them my two text confirmations. Finally I was told to come back at night or to make another appointment. I was beyond upset as I was going away and had scheduled an appointment for a reason! Finally a waxed who was leaving offered to help me out and took me but the staff was overall not helpful. Told me lie after lie I have been coming here for years and never experienced anything like this! The owner needs to hire better front office support. Ones who are professional, customer service oriented. and care more than being on their phones. I wasn’t offered anything other than being charged after being here for 90 minutes. The longest wax appointment of my life and stressful"
