"Piel is what I like to call a hidden gem in Union City. Not only is Pam extremely professional and incredibly knowledgable (she definitely knows her sh*t) but she actually dedicates her time to only focus on you during your visit. Every appointment won't be the same as she prioritizes what your skin needs at the moment. This isn't your typical spa, there isn't a one fits all kind of service - it's a different kind of experience. The Piel ladies aka existing clients that keep going back get what I mean. I am so happy I came across Piel by Pamela, truly heaven sent - she rescues my skin every single time. Bonus: the aesthetic though! As soon as I walk in the studio I feel warm and at home. I can't thank you enough Pam, you are amazing!!!"

"From the minute you walk into PIEL by Pamela Wellness and Beauty Studio you are pleasantly overwhelmed with a sense of cleanliness and calm. I would highly recommend getting Pamela’s hands on you for an amazing experience! She is the MOST professional, knowledgeable and skilled facialist I have ever had. Her touch is so delicate and she can tell you a lot about what is happening inside your body by your face. Who knew? Her kind and lovely personality is an added plus! I had completed all the necessary forms online prior to my appointment and all she needed to do was usher me into what felt like a sacred space. Pamela reviewed my intake forms and concerns before she asked me to elaborate on a few of my answers in order to further customize my facial. We discussed what was bothering me...having a milestone birthday during Covid I felt like I had become lax with my skin care regime and was showing my age, more like that hitting the wall kind of feeling. In addition I had an angry rash around my face caused by all the masks I was wearing. It was so much angrier after she was done. After she made sure I was comfortable (Would you like a drink? Need to use the bathroom?) I got cozy on her table. She took a closer look at my skin and we had some real talk about what was and wasn’t working with what I was doing and what she could do for me to get the most bang out of my time with her. I really didn’t have strong opinions and gave her permission to do what she thought I needed to improve my skin quality and increase its vitality. I trusted her expertise. Holy Moly, it was EXACTLY what this tired teacher needed! My face felt lifted, baby soft, and radiant. I got my cheekbones back which I last saw pre-Covid. I honestly don’t have to wear any makeup now because my skin is luminous. I left with some tips and she worked with what I already have in my arsenal of products. She did not push any products on me and talked about what I can start to add in as I finish my current products. I left knowing she was stuck with me if she would have me. The experience was wonderful! I can't not wait for my next appointment with Pamela. I would urge anyone to check this place out! It is so much more than just a facial."
