"I go here a few times each summer to visit my friend, but over that time, I've made new friends. The people here are nice for the most part. It is a great place to relax. We have BBQs, take walks, go to the lake, and sometimes on weekends there are live shows. There is also a swimming pool. This place is not open to the public, only renters, leasers, and their guests."
