"Went there yesterday for my birthday. Got 4 single kayaks for an hour and had an absolutely lovely time. Pops was the gentleman that took care of my group. Can't say enough about him, kind, understanding, personable, local guy and entertaining! I'm a bigger guy and he got me fitted for a larger vest and I had to try out 2 different vessels to find one that worked for me. After I fell out of the first one, not only did he help get the canoe back, but even dove in to get my flip flops that I thought I was going to lose! After another failed attempt he got me a double kayak (which worked much better), put a seat in the middle and helped me get on the water, comfortably and safely for the hour excursion! He even rode the golf cart out the yacht club to check on us (subtly, I didn't even notice, my aunt did) about half way through! He did all of this extra effort without a shred of disappointment or annoyance and even commended me for my persistence on trying after I fell in a few times. I felt like a valued customer and had a wonderful experience. Thanks Pops!"

"Picked up our kayak and paddles in the morning with no problems. In the first run of the day both paddles cracked in half while standing in knee deep water, clearly they were already broken. They charged us an additional $20 per paddle to get new ones. The owner was very rude and disrespectful when we returned the kayak in the morning."

"The staff was awesome. We did not schedule a lesson, but they still gave us a quick crash course before going out. They recommended a perfect time of 2 hours even though they could have made more money by just going along with our original request of 4 hours, which we could not have done in retrospect. We even had a problem with a boat captain in the marinea cursing in front the kids our family brought and the owner handled everything, even offered us free beer for compensation. Paddleboards we're perfectly sturdy and everyone who worked there was top notch."

"We scheduled a morning stand up paddle board session and were told we would be call if the trip was canceled due to bad weather. We did not get a call and ended up standing around outside of the empty store front for twenty minutes waiting for someone to show up. One other person from what should have been a twelve person trip showed up as well, so I guess we were not the only ones to not get a call. Two days later we got a call saying the trip had been rescheduled for the previous morning and asked why we weren't there. The seem nice enough but poorly organized which does not lead to a good experience."
