"For over 30 years I have been booking vacation rentals from various companies between NJ and NC. This agent and agency is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with (rental was in family members name). We rented a vacation home (Stone Harbor) that had issues including: TV, WiFi, pool heater, outdoor kitchen/cabana. In addition, we had sewage issues that cause a sewage back up inside the house. We were unable to use the toilets and showers. This agent told us to use the toilets and not flush them. And she wanted us to use the outdoor shower to bathe. The house was unsanitary, but we treated the home like our own and helped the owner from having bigger issues. We cleaned up the sewage mess, disinfected, stopped water from flooding the ground floor, and actually got the drain unplugged so we could use the toilets/showers. I called the emergency number for the sewage authority (it was after hours). They sent local police who agreed that the conditions were unsanitary and needed addressed asap. Plumbers, sewage authority, agency maintenance, xfinity, and others were in and out of the place. We lost 3+ days of our vacation handling these issues for the agency and the home owner. Both refused to give us any money back for the time and effort we put into the home. Agent, agency, and home owner never came to the house to see what was wrong and just kept sending people we had to wait for to show up. The neighbors (who were homeowners, not guests) agreed that there was more that needed to be done by the agent/agency. All were very kind and were shocked that an agency in their beautiful town were so terrible to deal with because it made them and the town look bad. Stone Harbor reminds me of a town in a Hallmark movie and I highly recommend anyone vacation there - however, do not ever use this agent/agency."

"I have rented properties through them for many years and unfortunately when the property had a problem Coldwell Banker did not take care of me, the tenant. Beware. If something goes wrong you will not get compensated and you will get a lot of gobbledygook and blame. I continued using them only because they represented properties I was interested in however I will not use them again. There are plenty of other ways to rent properties and that’s what I will do in the future"

"I have worked with Debora Grassi for more than 20 yrs, never have been disappointed with her or the company. I have always traveled with 2 small dogs, she has always been able to find a place that accepted dogs. I have never had an issue with pet damage either and they are groomed. She has always checked out the place for us and looked out for us. There was an occasion when there was an issue with the rental ( we go after labor day) once there was a problem with the windows she got someone from Coldwell there right a away. If I found an issue when I got in I called asap,they took care of it, I understand things can happen and the last renter might not report the problem just leave."
