"Because the place is very dirty and we were told the pool would be cleaned and chairs would be bought and it's now July 4th and they have done nothing but take everyone's money and provided no amenities!!! Their are families and children coming here and they are disappointing everyone. They just tell you what you want to hear and walk away and do nothing. Save yourself some aggravation and cancel your stay at the units right above the reality office!!!"
