"I love this gym! I’ve been going for a couple months now and I’ve never had a problem. I like how it’s free for everyone under 24 and you can use all locations with one membership. The staff is always nice and even during peak hours the gym is not crowded. Sure, they don’t have a lot of machines but you can get a good workout with what they have."

"This Recreation Center at Mc Carren Park with outdoor pool is clean and staffed by friendly helpful staff The workout rooms are equipped with basic machines and free weights and rooms for stRetching and exercising. It is well- maintained and Covid safe with wipes and distancing of machines The machines are older but usable and clean. There is also a free Media Center here for learning. Joining this year is FREE for one year , can’t beat this anywhere ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY !"

"Did you know that you could join a gym in NYC for $100 per year?! You can...here. The gym is relatively small, but it is kept clean and there is no gym 'scene'. People who frequent this gym are not trying to impress each other. Each room is fairly small, but most of the time it isn't crowded here. After school is the busiest time because teenagers come to use the weight and basketball rooms. There are a few arobic exercise rooms with rowers, bicycles, stairs and treadmills. There is the small weight room and then a large basketball court. There is a (very) small schedule of classes offered."
