"Still dealing with these guys. Supposed to close next week. I get an email saying I am confirmed from someone in the law firm . Then I ask my lawyer when we’re going to go over the closing disclosure they tell me that I am not confirmed for a date yet. Meanwhile, the mortgage company has the day set. And I’ve already received an email from someone in the law firm saying that it set. I had an exchange in emails and the best he could say was you need to reply to all. I sent him a screenshot of the conversation that I had with the paralegal. Numerous times, my realtor tried to reach out to them and nothing. I said this before on the previous review. That for the person buying the home these are life-changing experiences for them. The homebuying process is already stressful enough and these guys just add more stress to it You’re just another client. Very sad. I just want this to be over with so I don’t have to deal with these guys anymore. Oh, and by the way, this is my second lawyer with them. The first one had to get switched out because he wasn’t responding to me. If you are pressed for time, stay far away from these guys."

"They are just the worst group. Specifically Ed Kim the Westchester lawyer. I had a 3 day deadline for contract signing. He called and said "what a low down payment, are you doing some back dealings". Then proceeded to ask..." so do you have questions on the contract". I told him I was on a deadline and this meeting was for him to go through contract so we can sign it. He was surprised! Had not read the contract and did not know it was a deadline. Jessica Cortes the secretary had a horrible attitude when I told her to let the lawyer know it was a deadline. Surprise surprise. What a lazy, unprofessional pair. Dont waste your time. You get what you pay for."
