I sat down with her and explained my dire need to retain someone that would give my husband’s case the perseverance, assertiveness and effective communication that is needed. Once she was paid, she never corresponded with me or my husband again. She pawed the case of to a junior lawyer in her office that did not have the skill or the experienced need to handle such a complex case.
