"I owe my life to this place! If you say anything bad about the staff or facility, you better make sure I am not around. I have no idea what the "one star" person is talking about, but it's mighty arrogant to be picky about a place that clothes and feeds you when you're HOMELESS in new york. I won't go into everything they did for me, because I don't want people to just expect crazy favors; but what I will say, is that, if you can act right and be respectful, you will receive medical, psychiatric and emotional care. You will be HELPED! I personally hope that a supervisor or other higher - up sees this!"
