"They are scam. I was switching for about 3 to 4 months and all they did was take my money. Nothing was done. They just wrote to the graders to verify account. The credit said yes it’s verified and they did nothing else. They didn’t challenged or anything, they just stopped. Do not go to this company I don’t normally like to bash companies because I don’t like to hurt peoples pockets a.k.a. money but this place is a scam and I think there reviews that are on here is fake or they paid for the reviews. Please learn from me do not go with them, or you will face the same result as me, which is being taken advantage of."

"Credit saint is better. They were able to remove over 30 late payments off my record in about 6 to 7 months. lexington law removed 2 in 6 months... Go with Credit saint and their cheaper for the premium package $119 rather than the insane $140 these pple charge for literally doing nothing. If you want anything removed from your record you have to notarize peperwork and call them for them to do their job. Garbage company"

"The whole service was a scam. If I could give them no stars I would. I used this service because I had a medical bill go to collections (a medical bill that my doctor’s office made a mistake with insurance and I somehow got stuck with). It took 5 months of using the service for my credit score to return to what it was before this incident (around 800). Once I stopped paying for the service my credit score dropped down to around 620. With the amount of money I paid for their service I could have paid off my medical bill. I would avoid them at all costs."

"Update: The canned response to my complaint is another example of the organization's robotic and impersonal approach to solving what sometimes are complicated issues. This is one of those reviews where you wish Google had a zero star option. Summary, they cannot fix problems and will not give money back. A total disaster. I've a good credit score and need only a couple of errors from a few years ago corrected & three hard credit inquiries that never happened removed. My requirements fell outside their system's capability. They are only structured to handle the simplest of errors in a robotic way. Ten years ago, they provided a good and nuanced service, today it is a waste of money unless you have the most elementary of credit correction needs. In addition, when I followed their instruction to do the hard credit removal myself through the mail, they gave me the wrong addresses of credit providers and I had the mail returned for wrong address. Thus after 2.5 months, nothing was fixed and my time was wasted. To make matters worse..... When I asked for a full refund since inception 3 month ago, they only gave me the most recent month."
