Not all cases are winning, you can't be 100% sure what the judge may decide, you have to always keep that in mind. It is not the responsibility of a lawyer to solve all your problems for you. If you are not capable to understand and realize that no one but you can decide your fate, blindly writing a lot of negative words about someone or something, and not blaming yourself for being stuck in your legal issues because of your wrongdoings at the first place, then there is not even anything to continue the conversation with you about. It is high time to come to terms and get used to the apparently simple truths that nothing lasts forever, no one is perfect. There are as many people as many opinions.
