"This place is so horrible. I just went in there to book a ticket for my mom and brother. Prior to this my mom called and the lady told her the amount for the tickets which was the price of both tickets when it was actually the price of one. She did not clarify this to my mother correctly. This lady literally picked the highest price ticket and told us it was the lowest. When I went to the agency I had to go back and forth to the bank because this lady said she already confirmed one of the tickets and said we had to go through with it. I was so confused because I never put down a deposit to hold my tickets. This lady said that there was nothing that can be done and we have to purchase the ticket. My mom said she did not want to purchase any tickets anymore due to the price. So I had to purchase one ticket for 1,478 and then I had to pay a cancellation fee for TWO TICKETS. I DID NOT PURCHASE TWO TICKETS. I got scammed. This is the worst travel agency. Mean while I was talking to this lady the whole time at the travel agency she kept picking up her phone and talking to other people while trying to talk to me. This is ridiculous. She wouldn’t of made this sort of mistake if she gave me her full attention. Very rude and unprofessional. It’s so disgusting. She is so disgusting. Additionally, my brother called to reason with the lady and she was so rude to him over the phone. It was very unprofessional. She feels like she can talk to people however she wants. This place is a literal scam and deserves to get shut down or looked into. Everything was just so suspicious. I do not recommend this agency to anyone and I will continue sharing with everyone about my horrible experience at this useless place."

"Yulini has a very professional team, they booked my 4 days 3 night trip to St Lucia. Flights on Jetblue was on time both legs with not issues. Resort: Mystique by Royalton St Lucia was absolutely wonderful. While the property was smaller than other, this was great for access to beach, pool, restaurants, bar, etc. Service was excellent, everyone were very friendly. While the property was a bit dated, the rooms were very nice, spacious and very clean. I absolutely recommend this trip for anyone who wants a quick get away."

"Very reliable, professional and knowledgeable staff. I don’t recall the name of the individual that helped my mom but she was amazing with everything (I believe it’s Roshani) unfortunately my parents had to extend their flight, Natasha was very prompt with helping extend their flight, she even helped us get a cheaper flight by moving it one more day. Yulini travel is very for fortunate to have such amazing staff."

"A few months back, I was preparing for a trip, only to discover about two days before I left that my second flight arrival time was delayed. This affected the third leg of my trip. I called Yulini Travel Agency and was assured it will work out, I won’t have to overnight and to go ahead as planned. Needless to say I was skeptical because it was over a weekend. I started my trip preparing mentally for overnight accommodations. As I was boarding my second flight, to my relief, I received a text message with flight details from Nirmala that the third leg of my trip was confirmed on a later flight. Yes, they made it happen above and beyond. I highly recommend this travel agency and they have a great sense of humor which diffuses related travel stresses. :)"
