I have been a travel agent for 46 years loved the Phila office for Gogo the agents were really good now it is impossible to get in touch with anyone. They are not paying commission owed either beware!"

"Worked with Vanessa Garcia on a trip to Paris. Unfortunately we could not go due to getting Covid. Vanessa helped us pick a location that would allow us for a credit / refund. When it came down to it, she completely dropped the ball and was incorrect. She dropped the ball and string us along .. and now we are fighting for thousands of dollars Very deceitful do not use this company. !"

"This might be the biggest scam out there. Good luck if you use a third party to deal with GO GO as GO GO will not talk to the public --they will steal your money but do ZERO to help you. We dealt with a independant dealer of GOGO Amanda Wallis is the consultants name --also a part of Libery travel --she has also wiped her hands clean of anything and decided to stop replying to emails, Texts---everything. We booked a flight and Hotel to DR and Jetblue canceled our flights twice in a row at that point the hotel and Jet blue promised to refund THREE months now --no one picks up the phone and even attempts to help. My next step is the Att. General in FL where is located and also in NJ where GO GO is located."

"My husband and I traveled to St. Lucia at the beginning of March. GOGO lined up a fishing excursion for us and the morning of the excursion we were told the travel agency didn't communicate with the resort properly so... NO TRIP. We had to book and pay for a second trip. ( thankfully they could fit us in) GOGO still has not paid us our refund of $500 for the first trip!!! It has been over a month! We would not recommend trusting this company with your travel plans and / or money!"
