"No so knowledgeable about the hotel we stayed in. I had to clarify that the Swan as a Westin and the Dolphin was the Sheraton. That was fine but the real problem is she would get flustered whenever I would call with changes or issues. Now I get it, we were a big difficult party but I found myself apologizing too much and she kept using saying like this is hard and I’m getting beat up here. Easily flustered. My friends travel agent sent her a little box of chocolates and I got a note after the trip saying that’s and use me again......"
"Val has booked us on two European vacations this summer. Our first trip was to Paris and it was outstanding. She listens to what the customer wants (great hotel and location) and delivers. She has great follow through and we had great service throughout the entire experience. Our second trip was to London and Dublin where again she delivered to great hotels with great locations.
