"We have taken two expeditions with Jorge--one to the Peruvian Amazon and one to the jungles of Southern India. We love to see wildlife in its nature settings. We were not disappointed in either trip and saw animals and birds that we had only heard of or read about in books. We have a third trip scheduled into the Ecuadorian Amazon interior and then to the Galapagos. We cannot recommend Jorge and NPE enough."

"This was our first group tour and certainly allayed our imagined concerns and left us eager to try future ones. Camaraderie was very nice and engaging. Great mix of experiences, sights (and sounds!) and tastes. Also picked up a pretty deep appreciation of the history, culture, and developmental dynamism of the country. Tour leader, guides, driver ( and # 1 daughter) ran a packed program seemingly without a hitch — although we know there were plenty of hitches before and during the tour. Really appreciated the knowledge and sharing of our local guides. Their English skills were strong. Wrt Hassan — really appreciated him in a lot of ways, but thought he could have read the audience better at times. Some of the hotels were truly outstanding, all added to the experience, a couple were a little sub-par given the level of this expedition."
