"The ladies here are horrible. They gave me an appointment for massage and when I came here, they said they can not provide me the service and asked me to come back another day. The ladies here are very unprofessional. They behave like they don't speak English but they do. They literally made me wait and did not provide me a service. Stay away from this place, I had the worst experience talking to them. They treated me so badly. I just called 15 mins prior to my appointment and I went in and they literally said they can’t provide me the service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."

"Never ever again. I went for a massage with a Groupon. I made the appointment, they didn't ask my name, just phone number. I arrived a few minutes early expecting to fill out some info, areas i'd like them to work on, or stay away from, if i have any medical issues, what kind of massage and pressure, etc. None of that. I waited almost 20 minutes, when they were ready to bring me in, i wasn't asked for any info, just $3.00 tax bc Groupon doesn't charge. Thought it was odd, but, ok. They brought me to a room, told me to undress, left the door open a bit, so i closed it, got undressed and looked at the table....usually there's comfortable warm blankets, but this was thinner than a hospital blanket, and about as soft, and was more like a throw than a blanket to keep you warm and covered. The "masseuse" comes in, and without asking if i was comfortable, would i like another blanket- nothing, she just started pressing my back, neck and limbs with what felt like 1500 psi. I must've screamed, "Ouch", "Please not so hard", "you're hurting me", at least 6 times. Finally i started getting up and said, "I wanted a Swedish massage, not assault and battery"'. She then said, "oh too hard"? I was like is this woman insane? So i said, "YES!!! I feel like you're marinating me for tomorrow's dinner". So the pressure wasn't as intense, but the vigorous rubbing just wasn't pleasant, nor was the jumping on the table to work my lower back. I was so greased up i almost slid off the table. I started growling at one point bc my masseuse was having a convo with one of the workers through the cracked door. When she asked if i wanted a hot stone massage, i declined by saying, "Thank you, but I don't feel like getting beaten with hot rocks". (Also, they offer this, but don't tell you there's an extra $20.00 charge. The woman that was leaving had no idea there was a charge, being that it didn't add additional time). Before it was over, she slapped a hot towel on my back, which i think was made from Brillo, and wiped some of the 6lbs of oil she dumped on me. When i got up, i felt pain in my shoulders and neck, and i was really pissed when i saw my sneakers had oil blotches on them. Luckily they're old or I would've said something. When i left she asked how i felt, i said, "like a 97 year old on their death bed". She smiled and said, oh good, good! I woke up the next morning in so much pain between my shoulders, i looked in the mirror and it was all bruised. I've been eating Advil like skittles so i'm not feeling pain every time i move. If you like your massage to feel like a good beating, this place is for you. Otherwise, save your money and go to a place that knows what they're doing and cares about their clients needs."

"I scheduled an appointment this past Friday early in the day. I had an excellent massage. The masseuse was thorough and kind. She used warm oil, asked my preferences and used hot towels. The atmosphere was quiet, clean and the staff polite. There was soft music playing in the background. I was so happy I scheduled another appointment. Give this place a shot. My recommendation is to go off hours. The price is good too, especially if you don’t want to spend top spa coin for a decent massage."

"I did not enjoy my massage. I bought a swedish massage groupon when i got there and the entire massage felt like a deep tissue massage. I definitely won’t be going back. The “boss” was more worried about my tip than asking if I enjoyed. 0/10"

"the lady at the front desk said she was booked but the shop was almost closing in a hour with nobody there, the girls were just talking, I was looking at the menu for future reference but knew what I wanted cause I had a Groupon, she thought I had money she would later tell me cause then she took me then for the facial. The facial was nice but spiritually it felt off the whole time I was hearing voices and it felt like this lady did some kinda voodoo or something on me, as soon as it was over the voices stopped. That’s my experience, not saying it was intentional, then I gave them the Groupon and she was like you didn’t tell me you had a Groupon I wouldn’t have taken your appointment! She tried to demand I pay cash but I explained I already paid and had no other money at that time. She accepted the Groupon and told to to make sure I tipped, I walked to the back room and realized it was a horrible experience and decided to just leave when I couldn’t even find the girl and thought about it. Then when they realized I didn’t tip they called my phone about 2-3 ladies freaking out yelling at me to come back. When I drove away I saw them all standing outside. I was harassed from the moment I walked in until I left. Im not one to write reviews but this was not acceptable I had to share."
