"After feeling for a while like my skin needed some TLC, I booked a DiamondGlow facial with Diana at Bellissima Medspa. It was a wonderful experience, and I cannot wait to return next month!! I have received services from other aestheticians, but none were like Diana! This was my first time getting a facial, and she made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease through the process. It’s evident that Diana is knowledgeable and structured about her service but also caring and gentle. She explained each step of the DiamondGlow facial, letting me know what she was doing while also checking in with me throughout my facial to make sure I was comfortable. The environment is clean and relaxing, with calming noises playing in the background. I was truly able to unwind during my facial— which is what I was hoping for. I confided in Diana that I would like to develop a more disciplined skincare routine with the right products to target what I feel to be my problem areas. She was accommodating and helped me find the right skincare products after my facial! She even explained how and when I should use them.
