"Really upsetting booked a cruise and payed insurance for it I had to cancel due to the hurricane of Florida and went to get my money back of the deposit and they still haven’t resolved my issue and it has been more than 4 months . No point of paying insurance then never going here again 1,000 thrown away."

"The initial service is the only positive point, the best thing is not to buy through travel agencies, there were two situations in which I needed support from the agency and they didn't help me at all, I missed a flight and I would have just had to rebook if I had bought directly with the company, but as I bought with the agency the company said they had to reschedule for me, I asked them to do so but they couldn't, in another case I needed them to confirm my transfer to the airport and they didn't help at all, in short , I paid another 600 dollars for another flight and another 54 dollars for a taxi to the airport. Not to mention the stress before I had purchased directly online, here's a tip, this company is not worth it."
