"Nicole's Travel Agency did not deliver what I expected. The person I dealt with was rude, obnoxious and ghetto. And she is the President of the Agency! I recently took a trip to Riu Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for my sister's 50th birthday. We went in a group of 9 family members, when I got to the resort, 7 of the party was in one part of the resort and my wife and I was on the other side of the resort in a different building!! I was disappointed to say the least. Consequently when I call Nicole's Travel Agency to complain, NO ONE WAS HOME! When I came home I spoke to the President of Nicole's Travel Agency and she completely "passed the buck" to the resort. I gave her the money for the trip and she blamed it on RIU!
