""I would like to share my experience from last week. On Tuesday (the 28th), I had the 1:15 pm flight from EWR to Israel. About an hour into the flight, we noticed that the plane was heading to JFK Airport. They informed us that something had happened with the motor, and we couldn't land in Newark. Therefore, we landed in JFK. When I opened my phone to call my travel agent, just before I could make the call, I received a text message stating that I had a seat on the 5 o'clock flight. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to confirm this until we disembarked from the plane. However, my agent secured another seat for me on the 9 o'clock flight from Newark at no additional cost. I was with another six people, and their agents informed them that there were no available seats on another flight. My agent stayed in contact with me the entire time, encouraging me to catch my flight. He even offered to order an Uber for me. I quickly retrieved my luggage, took the first car, and rushed to Newark, where I checked in and got on the flight to Israel.
