"Was there last Saturday and will never go back. Worse pedicure I ever got. Inexperienced tech and polish clumpy. The girl was nice but she went through the scrub and steps as she was demonstrating , like just applied scrub on and then rinsed it off. Used the file but barely felt doing anything. Did not take off barely any cuticles. I called the salon and spoke with front desk lady,, she said “ok will let them know” .she did not sound surprised or apologize for this matter. I also emailed the salon because I wanted them to know but got no response back. Never again!"

"Honestly I feel bad because the girl who did our pedicures was very nice but these were the worst pedicures my sister and I have ever gotten. For $50 each we got 30 mins of barely anything. My feet were barely scrubbed and cuticles were barely cleaned. There was such a minimal amount of filing done I had to fix it when I got home. My toes were painted so fast the layers didn't even dry properly so I had to add another layer of top coat when I got home as well to smooth everything out. I really expected a LOT more for $50. Absolutely would never come back."

"We came for a bachelorette party with a series of mani,pedi and a 20 minute service of facial,body treatment OR massage! There is 16 of us that paid $80 a piece! We get here and now we only paid for a 20 minute service! With proof of the service in an email from Priscilla that states a 20 mintue serice with a mani/pedi they refuse to accommodate the mani and pedi! They stated they will refund all but the 4 that got a 20 minute service but the funds won't be available until Wednesday! What a joke! You destroyed the brides day! Horrible business etiquette!!!!"

"I just got home and realized my whole nail isn’t even painted!! The girl was very nice and I know she tried to deliver a pleasant experience, but it didn’t happen. For 45 bucks I thought this would be amazing. No real massage, no removal of dead skin, just a very light massage, barley noticeable. You get this as the teenage girls gossip behind the counter. Usually I feel so relaxed after getting my nails done, this was just a super waste of money and time. Go somewhere else."
