"EDIT: I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism before. Not only did the owner tell me I need to show proof that I went to the doctor for this but after I sent him the doctors note confirming that I have a corneal abrasion he proceeded to gaslight me saying things like "eyelash extensions aren't for everyone" and "irritation is normal" after I CONFIRMED that it is not just irritation but in fact a corneal abrasion. He continued to tell me that he has been in the business for a long time and that this has never happened before as if that changes the fact that it happened to me. He said he needed to confirm with my doctor and after confirming he is STILL refusing to give me a refund and is asking me why I feel the cut happened at his store. It is as simple as I walked in with no corneal abrasion and walked out WITH one. He is actively trying to argue with me through text instead of just rectifying the issue. the patch placed under my right eye was misplaced and was uncomfortable the whole time and she would not move it. I bought eye drops to help with the irritation but the eye drops hurt my eyes very badly. I now have to go to urgent care to get medicated eye drops so I don't get an infection. I'm getting married tomorrow and I leave for my honeymoon in two days. Now I cannot wear contact lenses :( I am very upset about this . After going to the doctor, he did a dye test and confirmed that there is in fact an abrasion on my eye ball."

"I don’t normally write reviews but I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I got my eyebrows laminated for the first time. The tech didn’t ask me any questions about what I wanted, how I wanted them shaped, etc. i had to let her know I wanted to keep them the shape they were. She shaved part of the tail of my brows and over plucked the bottom on my brows so they actually lost their original shape. I reached out to the owner..he was nice but didn’t really acknowledge my concerns, kind of just gaslit me and said that it’s not true that my brows were over plucked?? He just told me to brush them out. I’m so upset and disappointed. I’m really hoping they grow back quickly because I get married in a few months."

"Amazing work. I’ve gotten my lashes done at other salons in NYC for years and once in Summit, NJ. But MIMO Lash in Morristown is by far the best eyelash extensions I’ve ever had. They look so natural (which is what I asked for) yet subtly lush. And she was so delicate with me that I fell asleep. I usually avoid salons because I can’t relax but MIMO was clean and relaxing. The staff were all very friendly and kind."

The technicians (Mindy & Ivy) are both very skilled and my lashes always come out better than expected. The online booking process is so easy and they are very accommodating via text. "The staff is VERY polite unlike other places that treat you like any old customer.. im saying that because sometimes being called by your 1st name and treated nicely makes you want to come back. A little pricey but they do a good job. My lashes are starting to come off but ive had them in since august 8th... so its been 2 weeks and change and they still look decent...LOVE THE SERVICE"
