"I'm so surprised by some of the negative reviews here. I happen to work for a tour operator named Experience Sicily. Travelong of Summit books many of our clients' airline tickets for us, and they are wonderful. If our clients' flights get delayed, they are on top of it with a great solution. If our clients' flights get cancelled (or if the air carrier goes on strike, which happens), the travel agents at Travelong call our clients directly and get them rebooked fast. Our clients praise Travelong all the time. If you have a complicated flight itinerary, call Travelong of Summit, they are so professional and so good at their work! They can get you where you want to go quickly and with maximum peace of mind."

"These guys are Cheapoair via a DBA. Make sure you won't need to change your travel plans once you book via Cheapoair: Any fees for changing travel plans are passed to the customer. It cost me almost $700 to change my flight. If you don't have enough money in checking to pay their exorbitant rebooking price they will just charge you even more next time you try. Talk to a person for best results: their automated systems did not seem to work."
