"Possibly the best customer service I have experienced - and (having literally travelled the world first class) - they deserve this accolade. I do not usually rate a company - I expect certain standards and am not surprised when I receive them. But I work in the entertainment business - so have to fly on tour a lot. Which means multiple airlines - decided upon by whichever studio is footing the bill. Hence an awful amount (ie: lots) of airmails in different accounts. I literally don't need the money - but do not need the 'annoyance' of having to 'add a few miles here and there ' just to keep accounts open. So researched "Can I sell my airmails" - this week - and found in short Yes - if I used mileage spot - in multiple reviews - which I understood completely. They know their target market, and boy do they deliver. I read how some people were sceptical. I am even more than sceptical about promises made by "house-hold names' - but the good reviews 'made-sense to me". It's easy - put them to the test. I offered them 700K Virgin Atlantic miles - instantly responded with business like - no we are not looking for VA at the moment. Fair enough. Instantly offered surplus 300K BA miles - yes they said. As simple as getting a quote for a 'used car' - although I have never needed to sell a used car. I inputed the number of miles - got a price - agreed on the price.. and filled in one authorisation form. Yes; I had to give them some personal details - obviously - they are dealing with airline companies - but they know what they are doing. And respond to emails - v swiftly, very accurately. and as long as I had a PayPal account set-up for a bank transfer (which BTW I did not - but set-one up with Paypal - took 5 mins - like adding a credit card - they literally paid directly into PP within 24 hrs from ME contacting THEM. Yes, everyone should be sceptical of on-line providers - But read the reviews which I am adding to now. And I am doing them a favour as this review is so good - and I know it and they will be delighted. I did not think it was a scam. I KNEW it was NOT as soon as they refused 700K of Virgin Atlantic miles (all earned travelling first class and sitting in seat 1A..I might add - as why take turn down any offers of miles first..before taking your personal details.. I don't know if the 'lady' rep who kept in touch with me at every step of any of the short process - was a lady called 'X" or not. I do not care at all. What I do know is they delivered a unique service to a client base that they know v v well. And that's more than I can say of many of the so-called top US / UK service providers who are all 'feted' as trusted suppliers of everything else that you consume. Bravo...Mileage spot and a pat on my own back for following my gut. Now could you write a review like that if it wasn't true - If so you're better at your day job than me - and I'm pretty dam good at what I do.."
