Shero Nail Spa

"I think they do a solid job and are really receptive to feedback. I am picky with how my nails are shaped, and shero gets them the closest to what I like. Unfortunately their service is where it falls short for me. My friend and I both made an appointment and arrived on time only to be seen 45-60 minutes later. We understand that things get busy, but it felt misleading when they started to soak off my existing gel manicure as if I was going to be seen right away. At one point, I thought they forgot about us because my fingers low-key started burning from how long they were left to soak. Ultimately the manicure was fine, but we were there for 2.5 hours total. I am not saying that they needed to apologize for something out of their control, but an acknowledgment of the situation or even telling us from the start that it would be a wait would have been nice."
