"Nails looked so bad i wanted to cry. Deadass paid money for her to make my cuticles bleed and ruin my nails. Also was rushed out the door basically because of the owners inefficient planning. DON’T COME HERE! edit: Love how you knew exactly who I was through very minimal details because you know the nails didn’t look good. Was told by a friend it looked like a spider. I could’ve done a better job at home. Also you were not rushing because of my friend, you were rushing because you had a client after me and you told them “15 minutes” when it was very obviously going to take longer than 15 which it did. Never told you I was satisfied and you cut me off when I was telling you that."

"Yay, I found my new nail place and I'm SO happy with my selection! PinkFile is very clean and sterilizes the equipment used. Gina does a great job, is very meticulous when it came to shaping my nails making sure they are straight, even, and perfect. She is very nice and easy to make appointments with via call or text and really knows her stuff when it comes to nails, especially because I got my current set elsewhere, and she took me without a problem. I got a gel fill-in with a design, and I really love how they came out. They are open until 8:00 on weekdays, which is great for after work. Highly recommend!"

"Although this place (which just opened in September 2021, so everything is pristine and super clean) specializes more in gel services and nail art, I went for a basic manicure/pedicure service and was very impressed. The owner, Gina, is a “one man band” so to speak and performs all the services herself. She does so meticulously and with great attention to detail, including matters of hygiene and sanitation. The business is located in a private office suite, which adds to the personalized, one-on-one feeling. I highly recommend it."
