"I was excited to try this place based on great reviews. Unfortunately I would not recommend going here for dip powder manicure. Each nail looks different. The apex from the side has a weird dip, it’s not round and smooth. Each nail has too much product all around."

"Service and prices are good but quality isn’t great. There are not a lot of colors to choose from, at least for a powder manicure and they look very different on the display vs. in reality. One of my nails chipped within 3 days, when the powder is usually good for at least 2 weeks when I’ve gotten them done at other places."

"A so-so experience. Asked for an oval shape and none of my nails are quite symmetrical. And there are air bubbles, which I haven’t seen in years since they’ve made improvements to polish to prevent this kind of thing. The place was clean and I appreciate that they prioritize environmentally sustainable practices (though I wouldn’t know how to verify that’s true and not just a claim for marketing purposes). Overall, not terrible but not great either."

"DO NOT BOOK HERE. I never leave reviews but I went here yesterday for a gel mani & Pedi at 2pm, but 6pm some nails had peeled off entirely. Do not book here. Exactly the same thing happened to my pedicure. I understand mistakes happen but for $142 this is ridiculous and unacceptable. Beyond frustrated, a whole load of time and money wasted. Thought I’d seen the manicurist use the top coat instead of a base coat, obviously she has. Unbelievable."

"This was my first time at Less&More and I'm incredibly satisfied with the service here. The whole place is clean and the staff here is amazing. Grace, my nail tech, is so sweet and so attentive to detail. She did a stunning job - gave me the exact nail shape and length I asked for and painted them all evenly. It's been about a week and a half since I've gotten them done and they haven't chipped at all. Would def recommend coming here and asking for Grace! Can't wait to come back for my next mani!"
