Milly Nails Studio 3571 Broadway, Manhattan, New York 10031

"VERY unorganized and unprofessional business. First time coming. Made an appointment the day before for 3pm the following day. Arrived 20 mins early to my appointment and it was 3 people waiting. Milly was doing a pedicure and the only other worker (older woman) doing nails at the time. I knew it was going to be a disaster when I arrived there is no sign outside for the business. It’s literally a closet space establishment, very small. Milly tells me I’m have to wait a while for her to get to me she asks the older lady if she could do my mani. The fact she tried to give me to the older lady who I read no reviews about annoyed me because she is not who I made my appointment with. That’s not cool that I take the time to make an appointment and Milly tells me she’s only available 3pm or 5pm to show up and she’s not even available as 3 ppl were still waiting. I’m sure she does great work because of the reviews I read but my first time was a huge disappointment. Never got my mani or pedi I just simply said okay…no problem and left upset as I traveled to the area in this summer heat to not have gotten my mani and pedi completed. Don’t bother going here."
