"I’ve been coming here for a while and as other reviewers mentioned, witnessed not that great customer service on a couple occasions, like today. I have to say that the quality of the work done was quite good, that’s why I was coming back again and again, and the reason for 3 stars. But today was my last visit, because I’m fed up with they way they treat customers here, I’m the one who is usually 10-15 min late, I have to admit that, however that’s not the reason for the receptionist to teach me punctuality. The previous time for example, I was on time and my technician was late. Today I was 14 min late for my refill gel appointment, and they refused me service because I had 2 broken nails and they wouldn’t have time to fix it. So I broke them last night, and it seems you have to let salon know, anyway. They have short slots, minimum time for the work done. So the situation was handled poorly today with my appointment, I’m a repeat client and they don’t care anyway."

I love how I always come in with a blurry close up screen shot of one nail I saw three years ago and I’ve scribbled notes and color swatches on it and Bliss just goes “ok” and makes it 93x better than I could have ever imagined."

"WOW this is my favorite nail salon in NYC. I’m worried about writing a review because it’s already so hard to make an appointment!!! It’s $120 for reg pedi and gel mani with medium design (see below at my photos). They use JAPANESE GEL so even without design it stays forever. Great service. My favorite person there is Miyuki but everyone there is amazing. AND THESE NAILS LAST FOREVER!!!"
