"This use to be my favorite nail salon and it no longer is because of a dispute I had with the owner, which makes it worst. The owner here is rude and should take a business class on customer service/how to run a business. I went for a gel mani because the powder mani I did chipped easily and she didn’t like that I told her that. Her whole demeanor changed after that and had an attitude. I did not once give her an attitude until she started YELLING at me. Unfortunately because she’s the owner she will continue here and nothing will be done. It’s hard to support a small business when they have owners like this that can get away with treating customers like this. As for the ladies that work here they were lovely."

"I didn’t like how my nails came out, she did it in like 5 minutes and as you can see in the pictures she didn’t do a good job. However the pedicure was amazing I didn’t got the name of the girl but she looked hispanic and she gave me an amazing massage and my nails looked great. They were very clean and followed safety protocols."

"I came here the first time and it wasn’t so bad, Yuri did my gel pedicure and she was great. Kim did my gel acrylics and they were decent. It seemed like they were having an off day which I can understand happens. My second time wasn’t so great but the girl who did my gel pedicure this time was great. Unfortunately I didn’t ask what her name was. Gina did my gel acrylics this time and ended up messing up the shape of them. I asked for a stiletto shape, she must have misunderstood and thought I meant a coffin shape. It really wasn’t a big deal for me I figured it was my fault, I should have been more specific. What really irked me was how uneven she filed my nails. I said something and she said she’d fix it. In the end she made them worse as seen in the pictures attached. She over-filed the right side of my middle and ring finger and did the same on several others. Overall, from my experience I’d come here for the pedicures but never to get my nails done, not after what Gina did."

"The guy I go to regularly moved so I decided to come here since it's a block away from me. Never coming here again I came in for some simple acrylics and ended up leaving paying almost $80, I pay $40 in other places . They told me one price walking in and when I was going to pay that amount the woman says no it's $80 since me did this and that but they never told me they were going to charge me $40+ extra for stuff I didn't ask for. Super disappointed. They're not even shaped right, they're uneven and lumpy."
