"I had such a bad experience. It is day 2 and my toes are already chipping. My powder French manicure was breaking and lifting off 1 day later. My nails were so long and they were roughly filed down even though I said the filing hurt. The corners of the squared nail was so sharp and she wouldn’t round them no matter how many times I asked. Then when I went back to get my nails fixed she was so rough and burned me with nail drill so many times. Truly my first and last time going. Plus it’s extremely out of the way. Not worth it."

"Let me start off by saying it’s been YEARS since I got tips. So with that said I went to this place with high hopes that I would leave there as a satisfied customer. Which I am NOT! I went there and was the first customer. Let me point out that no one there speaks English at all and had to use a customer to translate. I asked for a pedi and acrylic nails, no one moved as If they wanted to work. Finally someone was instructed to do my pedi and homegirl pulled my skin so fast I bled smh Then when it came time for my nails I had to constantly direct the tech on how to file and shape my nails. Frustrating is not even the word to describe how I feel. Let’s say I will NOT be returning back! Almost got me for $70 because the lady didn’t tell me they offer one free design."

"I’ve been getting my nails done since the 8th grade, and they have NEVER looked this bad. I’m giving this store 2 stars because there pedicures are okay. However, the acrylic nails are HORRIBLE. I don’t mean to bash anyone but I asked for Coffin and left with duck tip nails which is unflattering to me."

"I’ll start by saying that I am a nail technician myself so I won’t bash any other upcoming technicians out there, but I WILL give my 100% honest critique. With 4th of July coming up, I’ve been doing everyone’s nails but my own so decided to give this 4.2 stars salon a try! I can say at least the prices are reasonable… even though for the work I got done it’s looking like a $30 set from envy nails back in 2010. The lady that did my nails was absolutely a sweet heart with my toddler and I, but most definitely needs more experience and training. I asked for a short petite squared acrylic set with gel Polish… I left with nails that looked like “duck nails”, streak marks on ALL ten fingers due to thick layers ofpolish being applied, uneven lengths, some nails were slanted, the acrylic application was way too thick for the length I asked for and her technique in ratio monomer to acrylic applying was way off. The cuticle bead wasn’t applied as close as it should’ve been or could’ve been, along with the Polish. I left with a fresh set that looked like I already needed a fill in & my nails were definitely bulky. All in all, the lady that did my nails was nice but needs more experience and practice for sure. As far as the rest of the staff they need more hospitality in their bones, I mean I didn’t get a greet until my 5 YEAR OLD and I said hi. I didn’t get asked what I wanted, I had to say it myself. When I left not one person said bye. No one’s saying “kiss ass” but as someone who’s gone to other nail salons to review them & has worked in customer service, I can say the staff here isn’t as welcoming as I thought they’d be."

"When my nail tech of three years went back to the Dominican republic I genuinely thought I would never find anyone as good again. I passed by Sofia‘s and decided to stop in and I’m genuinely blown away !! Digna puts so much care into your set… not one chip or break for 3 weeks!! 10/10"
