"I have been a customer for seven years. This is a place you go to for convenience and to get your nails done quick and easy not for good customer service. I was very disappointed today after being charged $5 just to cut my nails and little intricate things that are usually free like cutting cuticles or filing were considered a whole new set when my nails are real. I have noticed they have charged me differently a few times and I understood because of COVID everyone is trying to make money off of little things but this is absolutely ridiculous and they have lost a long time customer for sure. When I question my mail tech she walked away from me very rudely. I am very surprised at this behavior and extremely disappointed."

"Horrible experience! I tried to get a pedicure, I walked in a little after 8:30 am and the lady turns me away because she had one person getting a pedicure. She had the nerve to tell me that I needed an appointment. I’ve had pedicures there before and I have never made an appointment. I walked out and called the same salon and she tells me that I do not need to make an appointment for a pedicure. I asked why she had misinformed me and she slammed her phone to end the call. Super rude and extremely inappropriate to treat a customer that way. I will never patronize this business again! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience!!"
