Nails Envy

"The ppl here do not value their customers. I went to get my nails done on Friday. They asked what I needed I said a full set. This lady proceeds to tell me it’ll be 20 mins. So I’m thinking cool. I can run to the bank and get the money for my nails out. I come back and I sit down waiting patiently. Once the 20 mins passed I asked again how long I’d have to wait and she like 20 mins. That 20 mins turned into 3 hours. After 3 hours I’m finally getting my nails done. Mind you it’s my birthday so I was just happy to be in the chair. Two day later my nail is broken. I returned to this place to get it repaired and guess what I had to wait an hour. Every employee I asked was rude and very nasty to me. I ended up leaving and crying outside. I’ve never been treated that way. I paid for a service and it was sloppily done. I will never go back to this place. Ima tell everyone I know not to go here too."

"I went to have a full set done which was a disaster, my nails looked flying, horrible. First I tell the woman that I didn't like my nails and that i was willing to pay her but that i wanted to do it again. I paid, they took the nails away and I waited 1 hour in a machine with my fingers all damaged. When I sit in the chair to have it done again, they tell me that I have to pay for the service again. It seems to me a lack of respect and disregard for the client, charging me again for something they did wrong. Apart from that they charged me and did not return the money. I left without nails and paid 85$ You can see how my nails done"
