When he arrive 1 hour later his response was (what do you want ?!) while I made the decision to wait for him and get a pedi. I sat soaking in Pedicure chair for about 30minutes so I decided to get up and leave and not give him any business. I had chosen Jacky for 10+ years I had already seen a few issues with other girls but this time his customer service went out the window. Unacceptable."
