Luxx Nails

"The worst nail place ever. Went for a fill in and gel pedicure. At first they said they can do my pedicure. After they did my fill in I was told to wait 10 minutes and sit on the pedicure chair. The lady that was suppose to do my pedicure was finishing up doing someone’s nails. After 10 minutes I asked how much longer. Then the lady said she has to do eyebrows and then eat. She never mentioned she was doing eyebrows afterwards. With an attitude and very rudely yelled to give her 5 minutes and if I don’t want to wait to go home. Horrible experience. Dirty and unsanitary place. I don’t recommend. They are understaff and wait times are too long. They tell customers to come back at another time. Another thing is they talk too much and too loud in their language. One of the ladies didn’t have a mask and was coughing over me. There are better nail spots!!"

"I don’t even know where to begin. The workers are very unprofessional and LOUD. They overcharge you for services that should be included in a regular refill. It doesn’t look like any of the tools used are cleaned on a consistent basis. And they really should remove the word spa from their signage. Absolutely nothing was relaxing about my experience. Go anywhere else."

"I am so happy with my nails. This was my first time going there and I couldn’t be happier. Tammy was so nice and she did such a good job. I will totally go there again and recommend others about the wonderful service."

"It's okay. The woman who did my nails was okay. She has a soft and light touch. More careful than the woman who did my friend's nails. She hurt my friend but didn't say sorry. The place was just okay. Price was okay. You get what you pay for. They wont entertain you immediately unless you call them before you go there."
