"I advise black people to not go here. Newark is our neighborhood. To have non black non English speaking people do conduct illegal business here is crazy. Every 5 secs she’s changing the prices. The wall says $30 but someone after leaving the price is $50. It’s disgusting. And they have illegal workers doing the mail unlicensed."

"I called asking for the price of a refill and was told it was $25. They charged me an extra $5 for the length, understandably, but that possibility should’ve been explained on the phone. I came in with 8 nails still in tact, and while the person was shaving down my nails, she broke a third nail off. This was because she was in a rush to get out considering I came near closing. Nonetheless, they charged me for the nail that she broke. Then she sends me to another chair so that she can leave and go about her night, meanwhile this nail tech is giving me different prices. After receiving a bunch of attitude, I decided to get a regular polish and go about my night as well. I sat under the dryer, and one of the men sprayed my hand with the finishing spray and said I was good to go. No less than two minutes later, I put my hand in my pocket for warmth and pulled my hand out to see that each and every nail’s polish had been smeared. Now I’ve also come to find out that they are closed today (sundays) so I can’t even get an immediate resolution for my problem. I also sat there and listened to the first nail tech complain about me to the nail tech she sent me to, saying I was asking too many questions when I asked her what the difference was between regular and gel. That’s when she transfers me to another tech instead of taking the time to answer my inquiry, which could’ve prevented my polish from looking like elephant ankles."

"I went here twice because it was close to my house. I regret spending the money I did. My nails were clumpy and shaped different for each nail. They told me I couldn't use my card but I seen they let others use theirs. I should've just went home instead of getting money. The first time going was better than the second time but neither time was worth the money. I wouldn't recommend anyone getting their nails done at this place."
