Sensei sets a positive, encouraging warm vibe and this is truly a place to get healthier physically and emotionally, as well as becoming confident in self defense. I usually train with Justin during the week and Eric on Saturdays, and they are both amazing people. Even other classmates go out of their way to be helpful. Everyone treats you like family, and I feel blessed to be a part of it !"
