"Too many problems. Not worth the aggravation. They hire people for housekeeping that do not speak English. The day your leaving they come pounding at your door asking if you're going to leave. So stupid.There's no point in talking to them cause they don't understand what you say to them. The whole building is sinking into the ground. Ten years from now it wimake the news and be a Google headline. The bathrooms are falling apart. The tiles are about to fall out of the walls. The cement is chipping out. The shower heads are too short for the shower and you have to stand on top of it to get any water on your body so you freeze while you're showering. The air unit in the wall sounds like it is about to fall off the wall. The bed in the room don't even have identical linens on them for two beds in the room that is pathetic. My husband found stains on the top sheet on one of our beds. The bath towels are thin like sandpaper and have holes in them or are worn down looking. The walls are so thin you can hear everyone's conversations and the floors in the room are damp. So don't waste your money to stay here..The place needs to be shut down and demolished on a better piece of property. Wish I saw the reviews before I made the reservation."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! I booked here for convenience before reading comments. Wish Had read them first. bed bugs. cockroach infestation. wet floors for no reason. extremely limited staff. breakfast sign built into wall clearly says 6:30am and believe me you're lucky if the breakfast room opens by 7:30am!!!! Small Best Western is connected to a club that packs the parking lot on the weekend!!! Did not feel safe. Definitely saw an infestation in the snack machine!!!! Something got into those bags!!!! Gross!!!! Was there for 3 nights and this pic showed how bad it was!!! Never cleaned!!!!! SEE PREVIOUS POSTS FOR CONFIRMATION!!!!!!"

"This place was the worst hotel I ever stayed at and I actually feel sick from the experience. .if it wasn't so late, I would have left. Upon arrival, they checked me into a room On the second floor and then told me no elevator. I asked for a room in first floor which was an end room right next to the door and I can hear people coming and going. When I checked into the room the sheets and bedding had blood on it (I felt like I was at a crime scene). There was mold in the bathroom. They changed my bedding and when I had to check out the manager bangs on the door at check out time to tell you it is time to leave. This place is so gross and if it wasn't almost one in the morning when I checked in, I would have left. Filthy place."

"Rt 17 S. Very convenient. Clean. But no elevator. Pub 17 easy access from the hotel. Rooms are very nice, clean, and you can't hear the highway. Pricing is very good too. I am planning another overnight trip soon. Recommend it to anyone who needs a 1 night getaway."

"Do Not Stay Here Ever. This hotel is basically the worst place I've ever stayed. The first room we were given was on the first floor. I took my shoes off and immediately my soaks were soaked as the entire floor was wet. The room had a musty smell. Complain to the front desk, and they move me down three rooms to a new place. It was also damp feeling inside, but it was better. That night, while watching television at around midnight we find german cockroaches crawling on the screen. I kill one and take it to the front desk, but I could see many very small ones on the desk and TV stand. The person there says that nothing can be done about this, they have no other rooms available and we basically have to tough it out. I ask to speak to a manager, none are available. The next morning when I check out, I once again ask for a manager, none are available. As of now, no manager has contacted me from the hotel. The entirety of the ceiling in the bathroom was disgusting. Check the photos you can see the places where the ceiling looked like it was molding, the vent in the bathroom was one of the most disgusting things I've seen in a hotel. The mattress was stained and at least one of the towels was stained. Multiple rooms you could tell the occupants were smoking cigarettes or marijuana. No one from the property cared. Once again, do not ever stay here. There's no reason to subject yourself to this place. If this is an option you look into, just don't do it."
