"Timeout Market New York in Dumbo, Brooklyn houses the amazing Bark Barbecue on the 5th Floor. I had the pleasure of devouring a Beef Short Rib, Beef Brisket, Pork Ribs, Mac and Cheese and the Coleslaw. Overall the Food was spectacular. The Beef Brisket and Short Rib were both well seasoned and definitely benefited from the accompanying sauces. The Pork Ribs were devine and the Mac and Cheese looked heavy but was surprisingly light and peppery. The Coleslaw was creamy but perfect to off set the meats. I traveled almost 15 hours by plane to get the chance to try this amazing food i had seen so many times on social media. It was definitely worth the trip."
