"Unprofessional place. Is easier to make an appointment with the pope than it is with this guy Claudio. Called weeks ago to make an appointment for today at 8:30 am, when the day finally comes, no one informed me about where to go, no one picked up the phone and when I finally was able to talk to someone, a sassy girl with a huge attitude just casually said that they have no information about my appointment and I'll have to reschedule, like everyone's schedule goes around this office's will. I'm trying to talk to this guy, that should be my lawyer, for months now. I know it is not much for you, since you don't care about your clients, but I can proudly say that you just lost a customer."
