"This attorneys office and David Bookbinder seem to be in no rush to return my escrow funds of $40,000 from a home sale that closed 2 months ago and pay the contractor for which these funds were being held in the first place. The contractor's work was done and approved within 2 weeks after the closing. He was paid at the closing so I don't have any leverage to get him to perform his ethical duty other than to contact the state board and file a grievance. Update: Three plus months after the closing and I'm still waiting on money that was supposed to be collected at the closing. We hire attorneys to protect us from things like this."
