"It was a difficult time for my family and I as I had to go through several layoffs over a stretch of time. During that time the debt became unmanageable and I thought my only recourse was to file bankruptcy. I actually started out with another lawyer who also came highly recommended, but unfortunately along the way during my case he became ill and could no longer continue. He suggested Mr. Roth would be able to take over and take over he did. It was not an easy case, which I'm sure none are, since it is very hard to for a person to file and feel that they have been a failure.
