"I have posted a review about this law firm back in 2019 and I have continued to post up dates. You can find my review on google. My Attorney was Chis Monterosso. This review is shared because this Attorney has been very rude and unprofessional to me for several years. He has been working on a worker compensation Settlement for me. Back in 10/2022 He sent me Settlement papers that I didn’t understand due to me receiving SSDI. I had questions about the settlement before signing. In which Mr Monterosso was unwilling to answer. He just kept pushing me to just Sign. And I refused to until I New what I was signing. So I reached out to Social Security Administration. They wanted me to send the paperwork in . So they could help me understand. Which it took some time (1month) but that was fine with me . Because I wanted to understand. During the process of me waiting on Social Security . I kelp my Attorney informed. But he kept saying just sign. And he continued to tell me if you don’t. You will not get another offer. I told him I need understanding of the settlement. something you has my Attorney would not provide. So Moving forward has of this day February-2-2024 this firm has let me down in my worker compensation settlement.. This Attorney has refused to provide me with service. I did get complete understanding from Social Security.And when I informed my Attorney his response was you don’t get nothing. And there will not be another offer. All because My Attorney refused to help me understand the settlement due to my question with social security.. I feel like he gave me poor representation, a lot of rudeness and disrespect and no loyalty.. I will be reaching out to the NYC Board."
